These terms apply to every package, tour or trek booked through EaseXplorer Holidays ("we", "us", "our"), whether enquired about via this website, WhatsApp, phone or email. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once we have received the applicable advance payment and issued a confirmation over WhatsApp or email. Prices shown on this website (e.g. "₹24,999 / person*") are indicative starting prices and may vary based on season, group size, hotel category and availability — the final quote shared with you before payment is the one that applies.
2. Payments
A partial advance is typically required to hold your booking, with the balance payable before or during the trip as communicated at the time of booking. Payment schedules may vary for treks, group tours and international packages.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Because hotels, transport and permits are booked in advance on your behalf, cancellations are subject to the following general guidance (exact slabs will be confirmed in your booking voucher, as they can vary by package and season):
- Cancellations made well in advance of departure are eligible for a partial refund, less any non-refundable advances already paid to hotels/vendors.
- Cancellations made close to the departure date may attract higher deductions, as most travel vendors apply their own cancellation charges nearer the date of travel.
- No-shows and mid-trip cancellations are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable number of working days.
4. Itinerary changes
Day-wise itineraries shown on this website and in package PDFs are a representative plan. Actual sequencing may change due to weather, road conditions, local restrictions (particularly for Himalayan treks) or safety reasons, at the discretion of our team or your on-ground trip captain.
5. Travellers' responsibilities
- Please carry valid government ID / passport & visa as applicable for your trip.
- Trekking packages require reasonable fitness — please inform us of any medical conditions before booking a high-altitude trek.
- Optional activities marked "at personal cost" (e.g. camel safari, ATV rides, helicopter services) are not included in the package price unless stated otherwise.
6. Liability
EaseXplorer Holidays acts as a facilitator, coordinating hotels, transport and local vendors on your behalf. We are not liable for delays, losses or incidents caused by third-party vendors, airlines, weather, natural events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, though we will make every reasonable effort to assist affected travellers.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
